Distributed Component Router Based CRM

Abstract:

Customer relationship Management (CRM) is about making communications among customers, company representatives, and partners, effective and efficient.
Suppose we have to design a solution for enhancing paragon’s service department that receives queries from customers via letters and phone calls. Answering customer queries involves relating customer’s data with either product knowledge base or order status data. It would be shortsighted to state a requirement restricting the communication channels to letter and phone. It is quite likely that customers demand may force the company to offer e-mail and chat channels as well. A solution designed only for letter and phone will most likely require major overhaul when fax and email are introduced.
Customer Relationship Management allows you to organize the sales and contact management details you need to run business on a daily basis.
This project develop the Customer Relationship Suite to do the following
1   Create a list of business contacts
2   Record the products that we sell
CRM takes care and creates a comprehensive process for opening, managing and closing issues that occur in the sale and support of a product.
In addition it provides sophisticated reporting to keep you aware of the status of all issues
